Leasing Agents

Description Robert Half is seeking dynamic Leasing Agents to join a growing company. This position is located on Miami Beach. Responsibilities include:

Working diligently to optimize occupancy while maintaining established lease rents

Processing applications to ensure completeness and compliance with company requirements

Preparing lease and move-in packets, and maintaining communication logs

Reviewing and processing property invoices, and resolving customer problems

Promoting the company's vision and demonstrating courteous communication and customer relations skills

Requirements

· At least one year of leasing assistant experience· Strong customer service experience. Excellent communication skills.Bilingual Spanish· Strong sales background.· Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Great communication skills and customer service!
