Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This dual-role position combines clinical nursing duties with front desk administrative responsibilities, ensuring seamless patient experiences from check-in to treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

Administer weight loss medications and injections as prescribed.

Monitor patient vital signs and document progress.

Provide patient education on weight management plans and healthy lifestyle choices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.

Front Desk Administrative Duties:

Greet patients and manage the check-in/check-out process.

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.

Process billing and insurance information accurately.

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in a weight loss, wellness, or outpatient setting.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment.
