Dynamic Fastest growing Limousine Company is looking for a Part-time professional dispatcher.

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our luxury transportation services. You will be responsible for coordinating the timely dispatch of our fleet of limousines and chauffeurs, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Dispatching Experience is a requirement, must speak English fluidly and be computer literate. Bilingual is a plus. FT/PT positions available include weekend hours to complete routing. Resume required. Must pass a pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate the daily dispatch of limousines and chauffeurs to meet customer demands and schedules.

 Customer & Vendors Interaction: Communicate with clients to confirm reservations, address inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.

 Route Optimization: Efficiently plan and optimize routes for drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.

 Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vehicle locations, traffic conditions, and potential delays, and provide timely updates to clients and drivers.

 Emergency Response: Respond promptly to unforeseen situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, and coordinate necessary actions to minimize disruptions.

 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, client interactions, and driver assignments.

 Driver Support: Provide guidance and support to chauffeurs, including assistance with navigation and addressing on-road issues.

 Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

 High School Diploma or Equivalent: additional education or relevant certification is a plus.

 Previous Dispatch Experience: Demonstrated experience in dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.

 Geographical Knowledge: Familiarity with local streets, routes, and traffic patterns.

 Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, drivers, and team members effectively.

 Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to make quick decisions, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to changing circumstances.

 Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using dispatching software and common office applications.

 Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a customer-centric mindset.

 Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

 Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, and holidays as required.
