Shoreline Seafood in Indialantic is hiring a Line Cook to step into our #2 kitchen role. We’re a fast-growing, beachside restaurant known for creative coastal fare, cold-packed seafood, and laid-back vibes with sharp execution.
This is a key role—you’ll work directly with our Head Chef to prep, cook, and lead service during busy shifts. We're looking for someone who thrives in the heat, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with a fresh, community-first brand.
You Are:
Reliable, motivated, and ready to hustle when the line is hot
Skilled with seafood and high-volume kitchen work (or eager to learn)
Organized and clean with solid knife skills and station control
Comfortable stepping into leadership and mentoring others on the line
What You'll Do:
Execute our menu consistently during service
Assist with prep, inventory, daily setup and shutdown
Help us improve systems and raise the standard each week

Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday, 11 AM–9 PM (we work in shifts)
Availability: Nights and weekends required
