Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury

A Prestigious and growing Personal Injury law firm in Boca Raton is hiring for a highly capable, experienced, and motivated Litigation Paralegal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

3 + years of Litigation experience in personal injury law- Trial experience is a plus!

Prepare, draft, and file discovery, pleadings, motions, and documents

Trial preparation and ( trial attendance is helpful)

Analyze and file medical records

Prepare and retain witnesses, exhibit notebooks, court reporters

Schedule and calendar depositions, mediations, and due dates/deadlines. Work with the courts to organize everything

Calendar & schedule maintenance

Maintain client files, follow-ups, and communication
