Description We are looking to add a Litigation Research Analyst to our team located in Miami Beach, Florida, United States. As a Litigation Research Analyst, you will be involved in examining vast amounts of information to determine the narrative for our client base. Responsibilities: Review and analyze hundreds of pages of information to discover the underlying narrative for our clients Leverage your proficiency in Case Management Software, CompuLaw, Conveyancer, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Excel to execute tasks efficiently Handle all aspects of litigation support including claim administration and calendar management Establish and maintain strong client relations to ensure excellent service delivery Perform billing functions as necessary to support the financial operations of the team Utilize your knowledge of consumer electronics to enhance the effectiveness of your role Collaborate with the Executive Director and fellow analyst to drive the success of the Miami office Utilize your Spanish language skills to effectively work with Latin America areas.Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Litigation Research Analyst or equivalent Proficiency in using Case Management Software for efficient handling of legal cases Demonstrable experience with CompuLaw for automating the litigation process Solid understanding and usage of Conveyancer for real estate transactions Familiarity with LexisNexis for legal research, case law review and access to legal resources Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation Experience with Billing Functions related to clients and case management Ability to handle Calendar Management for scheduling meetings, deadlines, and court dates Experience in Claim Administration, including filing, tracking, and managing legal claims Strong Client Relations skills to maintain positive relationships with clients Knowledge of Consumer Electronics, as it may relate to electronic evidence in litigation cases.
