Looking for Armed Security Agent at Airbnb Properties

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified and vigilant Armed Security Agent to oversee the security and compliance of our Airbnb short-term rental properties located in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, Florida. The primary focus of this role is to actively prevent and address issues related to unauthorized parties, excessive noise, and disturbances that negatively impact the community and our neighbors.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Patrols: Conduct regular and thorough patrols of our Airbnb properties in Miami-Dade and Broward counties to monitor for signs of unauthorized parties and noise disturbances.

Guest Interaction: Engage with guests directly to enforce property rules, particularly regarding noise and party prohibitions, in a firm but respectful manner.

Incident Management: Effectively respond to and manage incidents of disturbances, ensuring they are resolved promptly while minimizing disruption to neighbors and other guests.

Local Law Compliance: Ensure all activities within the property comply with local laws and ordinances of Miami-Dade and Broward counties, particularly those relating to noise and public gatherings.

Law Enforcement Liaison: Coordinate and communicate effectively with local law enforcement authorities as needed, especially in escalated situations.

Reporting: Keep detailed records of all security-related incidents and provide regular reports to property management.

Preventative Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing proactive strategies to prevent future disturbances and enhance overall property security.

Qualifications:

- Valid armed security license as per Florida state regulations.

- Prior experience in a security role, preferably within residential or hospitality sectors.

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer service.

- Knowledge of and ability to enforce Miami-Dade and Broward counties' local ordinances.

- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to incidents promptly.

- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed in challenging situations.

- Have own Car
