Looking for Golf Simulator Install Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Golf Simulator Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the construction of our custom golf simulators as well as the installation of various golf simulator products, ensuring that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires previous construction or handyman experience, attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction as well as construction experience.

Duties

Perform installations of golf simulator products according to specifications and company standards.

Utilize power tools and equipment effectively

Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure proper functionality and adherence to company regulations.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients regarding installation processes and timelines.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all tools and materials are stored properly after use.

50% Travel (Localized to South Florida)

Experience

Previous experience in residential construction or a related field is required.

Proficiency in using hand tools and other power tools is required

Previous Carpentry Skills Required.

Previous experience in drywall is a preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.

A commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

An interest in golf or play golf.
