Maintenance for Property Management - Full Time M-F (No Contractors)

Maintenance for Property Management. Focus on home repairs. Basic plumbing, painting, drywall repair, fixing doors and cabinets, lock change-outs, etc. Monday through Friday only (day shift) and no weekends. Must have own SUV or truck (paid mileage and stipend for maintenance). This is a full-time W-2 role and eligible for beneifits. (NO CONTRACTORS). Must live within reasonable commute of Tampa.
