Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with the ability to manage day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and staff scheduling across 1-, 2-bedroom apartment units.

Must have your own tools and be ready to lead by example.

Requirements / Screening Questions:

When you call, you will speak to our receptionist and must answer YES or NO to the following:

1. Do you know how to do plumbing?

2. Can you remodel an entire apartment?

3. Can you use a paint sprayer?

4. Do you know how to do knockdown?

5. Do you know how to use a commercial snake?

6. Have you ever run a crew of 3–5 men or more?

7. Do you have a truck with tools?

8. Do you know how to do concrete restoration plaster and stucco

Location: Miami Gardens

Pay: Based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM (sometimes 6 PM)
