We’re hiring a Groundskeeper + Make Ready Tech to help keep an apartment community beautiful and move-in ready.

️ Maintain exterior grounds (trash, debris, curb appeal)

️ Assist with turning vacant units: cleaning, painting, minor repairs

️ Must be dependable and ready to work!

pressure washing experience is a plus

✅ Requirements:

6+ months of multi-family/apartment/hotel maintenance or handyman experience

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Willing to undergo a background check

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
