Employment Solutions is in need of a Facilities Maintenance Support to work in the Tamarac area. Our client is a large manufacturing and distribution facility that has been in business for over 50 years. We are looking for a reliable and dependable employee to add to our team. You will be assisting with maintaining and keeping various areas clean and stocked both in the office setting and warehouse as well as the outside.
Responsibilities Include:- Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and taking out trash- Floor cleaning utilizing the following machinery: carpet cleaner, floor scrubber, and pressure washer, vacuuming- Assuring that lunch room, offices and warehouse are in order and clean at all times- Clean all restrooms in buildings- Completes various maintenance of facility projects including painting, hanging display boards, TVs, patch holes and replacing flooring- Installing racks, furniture and organizing facility- Must be able to lift up to 30-50 pounds- Other duties as required2nd Shift 3: 30pm- 12: 00am Monday - FridayHourly rate- $14.00-16.00 per/hourFor immediate consideration, please email your resume and call the office at 954-484-5401#ESNYNOR
