Maintenance Technician

In search of a maintenance technician for general repairs on rental properties. Duties include apartment cleaning, repairs, and emptying out units. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must work well with little supervision and to have good working knowledge and experience with minor electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry is a plus. Must be professional in work, attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively. Pay will be based on experience.
