Highly experienced maintenance technician needed by Association Management Company for properties in Destin & Miramar Beach.

Includes some light duty common area cleaning.

Excellent starting pay depending on experience. Fully paid single coverage health insurance.

Must be willing to work weekends if required. A certified pool service operator permit is a plus.
