Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various forms of manufacturing equipment within a food & beverage environment, including but not limited to conveyors, gear boxes, motors, pumps, packagers, fillers, and ovens. Perform routine maintenance work such as greasing and lubrication routines, line inspections, preventive maintenance, adjustments, and replacement of parts. Experience working with both hydraulics and pneumatics is essential. Ability to troubleshoot PLCs is preferred but not required. Read blueprints accurately.Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot various forms of manufacturing equipment.
Repair conveyors, gear boxes, motors, pumps, packagers, fillers, and ovens.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as greasing, lubrication, and line inspections.
Conduct preventive maintenance and make necessary adjustments and part replacements.
Work with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Essential Skills
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to read blueprints.
Experience in troubleshooting various forms of manufacturing equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to troubleshoot PLCs is preferred but not required.
