The Manager, Digital Marketing - Digital Experience & Content will recommend and execute digital marketing strategies that effectively and efficiently support marketing campaigns with landing pages, microsites, content management and integration with third-party services.Additional responsibilities include:Leading a team focused on providing subject matter expertise, education, and thought leadership to the organization about microsites, landing pages, external platforms and content management.
Managing the budget for external digital marketing platforms.
Providing agency direction and oversight for microsite and landing page development.
Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Eventbrite, Yext.
Partnering with the Manager, Digital Marketing Analytics, the Group Manager, CRM, Loyalty & Personalization Analytics and others to develop collaborative strategies and roadmaps.
Orchestrating of digital process development and execution to ensure efficient strategy and campaign execution.

5-7 years of Digital Marketing experience
4-5 years of experience as project manager/product owner on website or app development projects
1-4 years of experience with leading direct reports or cross-functional teams
2-4 years of digital, social and/or technology supplier relationship development and management
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, advertising and web development – ultimately influencing a core Digital Marketing vision
General knowledge of CRM principles, including customer segmentation, direct marketing, and loyalty programs
General knowledge of web development, including user experience and SEO best practices and various project management styles, including waterfall and agile
Knowledge of leading Digital Marketing strategy through all stages of analysis and planning
Knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry – its services, costs, capabilities and operating structure
Knowledge of financial budgetary management, metrics and reporting
Ability to implement effective change management
Ability to evaluate new technology and marketing tactics
Knowledge of current marketing and advertising technology, including artificial intelligence and machine learning
