Nemours is seeking a Manager, Information Security (Identity and Access Management), to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Hybrid position. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager will be responsible to ensure that all Identity, Privilege and Access management operates efficiently, reliably and in compliance with required regulations, policies, and processes to support business, security & integrity of the IT operations. Maintain a robust, pragmatic, and effective IAM program design that meets the needs of business while maintaining security requirements for availability, integrity, and confidentiality. This role will manage all aspects of Access including Integration and Operations for a SAAS IAM infrastructure and workflows, Reviews for the Identity & Access Management team including but not limited to creating and maintaining roles, managing access reviews, communications, data hygiene, reports, and directly supporting users. Leading a team of analysts partnering with other IT teams and an Integration partner. Supporting a positive secure experience for access management during the full access lifecycle (onboarding, moving, and leaving) of associates and contingent workforce access.
  • Understands the organization's business goals and objectives, and client business needs. Knows how to use IT processes to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented. Contribute to the development of strategies, budgets, and plans as related to IAM.
  • Demonstrates strong multitasking skills displaying the ability to manage staff, many tasks and daily operation. Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service. Provide direction to Senior InfoSec Analysts and InfoSec Engineers.
  • Manage project resources, both human and monetary. Identify resources short falls and communicates with Leadership. Make recommendations for staffing changes or enhancements where appropriate. Allocate project resources appropriately for cost effective implementations and application utilization.
  • Governance and oversight of identity services including active directory, multifactor authentication services, privileged access management services, and identity governance and automation tools and processes.
  • Lead an ongoing program to transform IAM maturity through the rollout of a tool and enterprise transition to role-based access.
  • Lead the continuous improvement activities of IS Service providers in the areas of IAM services and supporting technologies.
  • Plan IAM technology upgrades and integrations according to changes in the organization's business needs.
  • Work closely with human resources and our service provider IAM teams to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues.
  • Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand customer access requirements. A key skill will be translating technical information from an architect into digestible business cases for executives.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field preferred (relevant education, certification, and experience may be used in lieu of specific degree).
  • 3+ years of IT manager, product owner, or product manager experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience deploying and managing new technologies required.
  • 5+ years of relevant Security Engineering and/or Identity and Access Management experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise Identity Management solutions, such as SailPoint, CyberArk or SSO preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with multiple authentication and authorization solutions and directory platforms preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with privilege management solutions preferred.
