Are you a high-performing sales leader who thrives on both building teams and closing deals? SIXT is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team leader for Area Sales Managers to take charge of a key region in the U.S. mobility market. In this dual-role position, you will lead a team of 5 Area Sales Managers across multiple territories while actively contributing as an individual contributor. Owning your personal pipeline, managing corporate leads, and acquiring new customers in your assigned area.This is a pivotal role for someone who knows how to scale performance, drive B2B growth, and inspire others through action.What You’ll DoLead and Coach a High-Impact Sales TeamManage, coach, and develop a team of 5 Area Sales Managers across different U.S. territoriesSet clear sales goals and KPIs, track performance, and provide real-time coaching and feedbackDrive consistency in pipeline management, lead generation, and deal execution across all areasCreate a culture of accountability, energy, and ownership within the sales teamSupport your team with joint sales calls, strategic deal support, and field coachingCollaborate with local branch managers to foster lead generation and brand visibilityPartner with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on campaignsContribute Directly to Sales Performance (Individual Contributor Scope)Actively prospect, qualify, and close new corporate accounts in your assigned marketBuild a healthy pipeline through cold calling, outbound prospecting, networking, and referralsDevelop and negotiate customer-specific mobility solutions that align with client needsRepresent SIXT at industry events, trade fairs, and local networking opportunities
