WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketer to join the growing, exciting, and fast-paced U.S. Medical Aesthetics group. Reporting to the Marketing Director, The Marketing Manager, B2B Events is responsible for supporting all aspects of developing a marketing strategy, and for all marketing execution in support of the Group’s portfolio of tradeshows, conferences, society, and media, and for hitting attendance, sales and revenue goals.You are accountable for:

Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop the strategy to direct market brands and respective content across social media, digital and print channels, to prospective attendees, subscribers, members, exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers within assigned brands, and support activities in other brands as needed.Create and manage the complete strategy and implementation process of marketing a brand and/or event including the planning stage, running pre, during and post-event marketing acquisition, and nurturing campaigns.Responsible for creating compelling and effective copy for marketing materials, such as website content, emails, and social media posts. Understand the company's brand and messaging, and use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of their writing.Act as the brand’s copywriter creating marketing copy, working closely with the creative and digital teams, and using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of writing. Experienced in marketing copywriting, excellent writing and editing skills, and a deep understanding of the company's target audience and goals.Ensure all marketing materials are designed and produced to brand guidelines and expectations.Lead the development and execution of the social media strategy for our brands to expand their digital footprint, increase brand awareness and engagement, and lead attendee conversion.Working with the Content Team, develop content marketing calendars that align with both exhibitor and attendee campaigns.Ensure social media is a revenue-contributing channel integrated as part of the overall marketing plan.In conjunction with Content Team, develop high-traffic content appropriate for multichannel distribution across web, social, email, PPC, and interactive events including but not limited to: video, photography, articles, blogs, white papers, webinars, “state of” and trend reports, etc.Actively engage with the target audience to identify drivers which will improve messaging and outreach strategies.Facilitate influencer outreach efforts, create highly visible campaigns, and post-event reports.Track Marketing expenditure and report monthly on marketing metrics and campaign performance against KPIs across all brands, including attendee conversions and revenue for events and subscription data for media.
