A healthy compensation plan. Hourly compensation of $18-60 is a typical range based on hourly service commission rate plus incentives and gratuity. The actual rate will vary based on a variety of factors, including experience, shift worked, and services performed. Our busiest therapists took home more than $50,000-$60,000 last year.

Well-skilled professionalswho have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school under their belts and a certificate of completion, licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state, and able to pass a background and reference check
