Job DescriptionSNI Technology is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer with at least 8 years of heavy design experience for a major client here in the Orlando area. The right candidate will have significant Solid Works and sheet metal fabrication experience. Experience with injection moldign and automation systems is preferred.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:1. Electromechanical design, layout and modeling of electro-mechanical assemblies, machinery and mechanisms.2. Perform basic structural, dynamic and thermal analysis.3. Proficient application of materials, heat treatments, finishes, and coatings.4. Perform basic tolerance analysis.5. Creation of detail designs and drawings for fabrication.Required knowledge:Design - Experience with Electro-mechanical system design with a concentrated focus in mechanisms and Machine Design and Analysis is required.Education:AS orBS in Egineering PLEASE NOTE: NO C2C candidates Position is 3 months contract to hire.- ID: #23627927
