Medical Assistant – Full-Time / Part-Time (Lake Nona, Orlando)

We are a fast-growing, patient-centered medical clinic seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, organized, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Rooming patients, checking vitals, documenting medical history

Assisting the provider during exams and procedures

Managing phone calls, scheduling, referrals, and patient follow-up

Administering injections, vaccines, EKGs, point-of-care tests (training provided if needed)

Preparing and maintaining exam rooms, supplies, and equipment

Handling prior authorizations and coordinating labs/imaging

Supporting wellness programs, IV therapy, and membership-based services

Maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional communication at all times

Requirements

Medical Assistant certification required

Experience in a medical office or clinical setting

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Able to multitask in a fast-paced, friendly environment

Familiarity with EMR systems (Elation, Athena, or similar) is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
