Description We are in search of a Medical Biller/Collections Specialist to join our team in Davie, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with managing individual accounts, handling medical billing and collections, and navigating insurance portals. Your expertise in accounts receivable, appeals, authorizations, medical and insurance billing will be vital to your success. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status Handle full-cycle billing for individual accounts, including invoice generation and follow-up for payment collection Navigate various insurance portals, such as Medicaid, to manage billing and collections Utilize specific software for autism care, Central Reach, for billing processes (training will be provided) Adhere to the requirements of a Level 2 background clearance before starting Work on-site in Davie, Florida, as part of a growing team.
