Through training, teamwork, and exposure to challenging technical work, let Leidos show you how to accelerate your career path.Leidos is seeking a Mission Systems Integration Engineer. to support our AFSOC ROC program ( RPA Operations Center) at Hurlburt Field Florida.The Mission Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for design, testing, installation, configuration, and establishment of maintenance practices, processes, and procedures with the site O&M teams. Duties include integrating new systems and capabilities into multiple IT weapons systems, managing facility infrastructure changes with the facility managers as needed for weapons systems changes, work with design engineers, as well as support on current systems by tuning performance, allocating resources, and implementing critical system modifications.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe job of the Mission Systems Integration Engineer is to work with Cyber Security organizations, install teams and mission systems teams to integrate new solutions and capabilities within the AFSOC RPA Operations Center. This includes designing, testing and installing solutions to meet direct customer requirements and modification of tech solutions as the customer mission needs change. Many of the systems are unique, one of a kind, custom built prototypes that are continually changing and evolving to meet mission needs. This position will provide support in a Top Secret Special Compartment Information (TS/SCI) classified environment which is technically complex, has little government provided documentation and limited OEM documentation. Shift work may be required at times to work around mission requirements and some travel will be required.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline and 4+ years of related experience (Experience and Certifications will be considered in lieu of degree).

Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570.01) required within 6 months.

Must have a current TS/SCI security Clearance.

Military C4ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) or SOF RPA mission systems experience required.

Excellent communication skills in team environments as well as on individual projects are mandatory.

Must possess the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to end users and management.

Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities along with a strong work ethic required.

Preferred Qualifications

Military experience in an RPA related career field/discipline.

Experience with MQ9 Ground Control Station and RPA Command and Control networks

Experience with virtual desktop brokers, such as VMWare View or Citrix XenDesktop would be a plus.

Certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, Server+, CITRIX, NetApp, or ITIL v3 would be a plus.

Experience deploying production virtual environments (e.g. thin clients).

Operational experience supporting UAV's.

Prior military or civilian DoD experience with Air Operations

Pay Range:Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
