Mortgage Field Inspectors

We are in need of Mortgage Field Inspectors in Indian River County and surrounding Areas.

Job Duties will include determining occupancy of homes, taking multiple photos, looking for damages and maintenance needs, and submitting the results via App site. Experience preferred but will train the right person.

Must have a smartphone. GPS is recommended but not necessary. Computer and a printer will be needed. Must be able to pass a background check (I will pay for the 1st check, you'll be responsible yearly). Requirements:

Excellent people and organizational skills

Outstanding Communication Skills a Must

Dependable and fuel efficient transportation

Driver License and Proof of Insurance

MUST -Smartphone- Android or IPhone

Windows based Laptop or Desktop Computer and Printer with High Speed Internet

GPS recommended

Must be able to pass Background Check with Aspen
