Mortgage Fulfillment Manager - Funding / Title

Description:The Mortgage Fulfillment Manager acts as a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development and culture building. As the Mortgage Fulfillment Manager, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team. The Mortgage Fulfillment Manager will:Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues and work towards business solutionsDevelop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end to end cycle times or improve qualitySupport, recommend and implement technology initiativesBe responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectivesAct as the main point of escalation for all issues within the functionPerform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are metPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesAdditional Skills & Qualifications:At least two years of manager experience in the mortgage industry, especially with working in title or funding The experience must be recent and previous experience in Encompass is a plus.
