Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team in Miami, FL. The Mortgage Processor will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications from initial submission to final approval.

Responsibilities:

Review mortgage loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Verify applicant information, including employment, income, assets, and liabilities.

Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and applicants to obtain any missing or additional information.

Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting review.

Coordinate with third-party service providers, such as appraisers and title companies, to facilitate the loan process.

Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan processing cycle.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Mortgage Processor, a minimum of 5 years experience.

Knowledge of mortgage loan products, programs, and underwriting guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
