About us:

We’re a friendly, busy 4 kid family with both parents working from a home office. We homeschool and love outdoor play, books, and simple routines. We’re looking for a warm, reliable Mother’s Helper to keep our kids engaged and our home running smoothly during focused work blocks. A parent will be on-site.

What you’ll do (kid-first + light home help):

Lead simple activities: reading, crafts, outdoor play, board games

Prep easy snacks/lunches and tidy the kitchen afterward

Light resets: load/unload dishwasher, wipe counters, toy pickup, fold/put away kids’ laundry

Occasional help with school prep (pulling books/supplies)

Quick room resets so the house feels calm when we wrap work

Schedule: 4 days per week, 3 hours per day (choose consistent blocks)

We’re flexible on timing; anywhere between 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. works. Tell us your ideal 3-hour windows.

You are:

Kind, energetic, and great with kids; calm, clear communicator

Dependable and on time; you follow a simple checklist well

Comfortable with light housekeeping tied to kids’ routines

CPR/First Aid a plus; references required; background check with consent

What success looks like:

Kids are happily engaged, snacks/lunches are handled, and common areas feel reset—so our family can end the day with margin.

Compensation & Perks:
