We are making real what matters now.As a My Growth Enablement Lead in the US, you will be a visible advocate of our TL AM vision, mission, and strategy. You are responsible for fostering learning, engagement and career development strategies to drive organizational performance, productivity, results, and ultimately to unleash human potential. Also, you are responsible for designing and implementing the marketing and communication strategy for the TL AM area.As a My Growth Enablement Lead, you will:

Be responsible for embedding MyGrowth culture in the organization.

Empower our people to shape their career journey and grow individually using resources and tools such as job shadowing, people profiles, job tagging, etc., available in the learning ecosystem.

Support performance through solutions such as coaching, mentoring, assessments, and social / collaborative experiences.

Support managers in cultivating robust, productive relationships with their teams to foster alignment, transparency, and a conducive atmosphere for innovation.

Foster a culture of frequent, high-quality conversations between managers and their employees that are both reflective and future-focused, happening anywhere, at any time.

Ensure managers understand the basic elements of Growth Talks that strengthen Siemens’ culture of empowerment and trust.

Guide the identification of strengths through tools (for example: Strengthscope) to enable growth of individuals and to become the best version of their professional and personal selves.

Collaborate closely with Talent and Learning Partners as well as the P&O Community to craft exceptional experiences for our team members, optimize business strategies, and develop scalable solutions.

Design and lead communications for the Learning & Growth strategy across businesses, the P&O community, and the global learning community.

Create a brand and/or a storyline to communicate solutions for growth and development.

Guides Manage Service Provider (MSP) in the deployment of communication strategy.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

8+ years in Talent Management, Human Resources, Consulting,Learning, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or equivalent combination of education & experience. Experience in marketing and communications is a plus.

BA/BS degree required; a master’sdegree is a plus.

Advanced level of fluency in English language.

Proficient in using learning platforms and technologies.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication with networking and interpersonal skills.

Experience in program / project management / change management for learning and talent development programs including a track record of implementing continuous improvements.

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from in-depth-data analyses.

The pay range for this position is $93,200-159,900 and the annual incentive target is 15%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
