2nd shift staffing manager

Advanced Employee Solutions is hiring for a second shift staffing manager position

The ideal candidate will have flexible schedule and the drive to grow with the company. This position is for a 2nd shift manager, the hours being 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please do not apply if this is not a compatible schedule for you. This is a salary position with phone allowance and benefits. This position will require being available by phone for emergencies in the evening. Bilingual candidate is preferred but not required.

The position will involve but not be limited to the following:

Recruiting new employees

Conducting on-boarding for new hires

Scheduling employees

Maintaining a good client relationship

Payroll collection and calculation

Payroll input on excel spreadsheets

Payroll distribution
