NDT LEVEL II - $120 per diem, located in Newport News, VAJob Description

Assist in the building of the United States Navy’s new Ford-class Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier, as well as the Nuclear Powered Submarine.

Conduct NDT inspections using MT, PT, VT, RT, and UT methods.

Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.

Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address any identified issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications

Certification in any of the following NDT methods (MT, PT, VT, RT, UT) in accordance with industry standards (ASNT).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in NDT inspection.

Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and specifications.

Proficiency in using NDT equipment and software.
