This is a perm position in Jacksonville, FL with a client of ours.

Network Administrator Responsibilities:

5+ year(s) supporting current windows server and desktop technologies, and client/server applications in a windows-based network environment
Support Microsoft Windows server and network technologies. We are a Windows based environment. Limited Mac support will be needed at times.
Microsoft Windows Server (latest OS) and Exchange Server (or enterprise mail systems)
Active Directory, Group Policy
Management and troubleshooting of on premise and cloud environments
Maintain network configurations and assess and resolve network performance issues (internet bandwidth problems, ISP issues and firewall/router issues)
Monitor performance of Windows server and server applications, identify root-cause and resolve issues
Provide Tier I and II desktop and application support including line of business application support and hosted application support as needed.
Must have experience with Meraki routers. Required.
Must have Microsoft 365 with Azure and SharePoint support experience.
Basic Android and iOS knowledge is required.
Must have the ability to work with various hardware and software vendors.
Ability to provide documentation and support IT handbook as needed.
Ability to provide remote support to various offices.
Excellent communication skills. A desire to manage and mitigate risk. A desire to support the Backoffice functions from a hardware and support perspective. More importantly, a desire to learn and grow with us as we expand our operations.
