NOW HIRING Farm Hand - General Labor

NeshaFarm is a subsidiary of GMS East. We are looking to fill a general labor maintenance position for outside maintenance work on our private farm. Mostly pressure washing paved areas and buildings. The hours to work may vary depending on candidate availability, part-time and full-time roles avaialable. Responsibilities for this position may vary, but this is what you:

Pressure washing paved areas

Landscaping and landscape maintenance

General Property Maintenance

Some work with animal care

Other duties as needed

Incumbent must be able to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship, must provide legal ID's to be able to work before starting.

WORK SCHEDULE: Part-time less than 25 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a current resident of FL within 20 miles or less of worksite

6 months or of working in general labor, plumbing, electrical or farm work

Demonstration of a positive attitude and teamwork

Teachable and open to direct instruction

Reliable transportation

Able to work for any employer legally in the US without sponsorship

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Exposure to outside climate, in the FL environment, you may occasionally be exposed to rain, heat, and cold.

Working in a rural outdoors environment

Most of the time working on your feet and with your hands

The occasional heavy lifting of items of 50 lbs or greater
