We Are Seeking Subcontractors Who Have:

Proven Professional Experience: A strong portfolio of high-quality interior and exterior residential and/or commercial painting projects.

Proper Insurance & Licensing: Must carry your own General Liability insurance and Worker's Compensation (or be exempt).

Reliable Transportation & Equipment: You must have your own work vehicle (van or truck) and a full set of professional-grade tools, including ladders, sprayers, brushes, and rollers.

A Commitment to Excellence: A keen eye for detail, dedication to clean and organized job sites, and a professional attitude are essential.

Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with our project managers and clients to ensure a smooth project flow.

Punctuality and Reliability: Our reputation depends on it. You must be on time, every time.

(Preferred) A Small Crew: Subcontractors who can manage their own small crew are highly encouraged to apply.
