Job Summary:

We’re a commercial roofing company in the Tampa Bay Area hiring experienced Roofing Supervisors and Production Roofers. If you’ve got solid roofing skills, take pride in quality work, and have a team-first attitude—we want to hear from you!

Roofing Supervisor – Responsibilities:

Lead and manage production crews on commercial roofing projects

Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on job sites

Coordinate materials and schedules

Communicate clearly with team members and clients

Complete project documentation and reports

Production Roofer – Responsibilities:

Perform installations, tear-offs, and repairs on commercial roofs

Follow supervisor direction and work efficiently

Maintain job site safety and cleanliness

Be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Requirements:

2+ years of commercial roofing experience (Supervisor experience preferred)

Knowledge of TPO, PVC, or other single-ply systems a plus

Strong work ethic and teamwork skills

Ability to work outdoors year-round
