Now Hiring: Working Concrete Foreman / Crew Leader

We’re a small, hands-on general contractor looking for a Working Concrete Foreman / Working Crew Leader to join our team.

✅ Hands-on experience with:

Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing (flatwork, footings, foundations, beams, columns, etc.)

Operating equipment: skid steer, excavator, loader, manlift, forklift

Basic vehicle/equipment maintenance preferred

Reading blueprints and construction plans

Must speak English (bilingual preferred, but not required)

✅ Other Requirements:

Ability to plan ahead for upcoming work

Willingness to take on tasks beyond concrete work (we do more than just concrete!)

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions

Comfortable working independently and with a team

Safety-first mindset
