Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Numismatics Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for rare coins and precious metals, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and personalized client interactions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our inventory, including historical context, market value, and unique features of rare coins and precious metals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market fluctuations, and competitor activities to provide clients with informed advice.
Record Keeping: Accurately manage sales records, client information, and inventory updates.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and share insights to drive overall business growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in numismatics or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, History, or a related discipline is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion: A genuine interest in rare coins, precious metals, and historical artifacts.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
