- Development in an OBIEE Stack.
- Development of streaming jobs using Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Clickhouse database
- Support production deployed BI code.
- Analyze information requirements specified by business users and analysts and design the data structures to support these requirements.
- Analyze and deal with database performance issues.
- Possible occasional use of BI Publisher.
- Can be asked to work with end users to assist in report and dashboard development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required Advanced Degree in Computer Science an added advantage.
- Ten plus (10+) years’ experience in all the above-mentioned functions, with development experience in Oracle OBIEE 10g/11g, Informatica PowerCenter ETL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle SQL , Oracle database 10g/11g, Oracle DAC
- Experience in Oracle BI Server, Oracle BI Answers, Oracle BI Interactive Dashboard, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle BI physical layer, Oracle BI BMM layer, Oracle BI presentation layer, OBIEE meta data repositories, OBIEE report migration.
- Experience in design, development, and deployment of Informatica ETL components.
- Experience in Oracle DAC.
- Experience streaming data using Apache Kafka is required.
- Experience streaming data using Apache Flink and Clickhouse database are favorable
- Experience in using Oracle EBS R12 as data source to extract, transform, and load data into OBIEE data warehouse using Informatica Power Center.
- Experience in data modeling including dimensional modeling (star schema, snow-flake) and normalized modeling using commercial tool.
- Good experience in Oracle database 11g is a must. Knowledge in materialized views, views, tables, synonyms, constraints, ER-models, data referential integrities, database links, grants, privileges, and Oracle meta data repositories like DBA, ALL tables.
- Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Informatica ETL, query performance tuning.
- Experience with OBIEE security integration with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 security model.
- Knowledge in Linux/Unix commands to be able to do necessary configuration, setup, tuning, and support work on linux server.
- Experience and knowledge in Business Object reports, development, and support is a PLUS.
