Responsibilities:

A good understanding of QuickBooks (online)

Administrative tasks such as: receiving deliveries, answering and directing calls, helping customers with their accounts, organizing files, taking payments, deposits, using our reservation system as well as other inter office systems, relaying messages, assisting management.

Helping new/potential customers that come in inquiring for information

Some boating knowledge would be very helpful

Requirements:

Must have excellent customer service skills

Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a busy environment

Willingness to learn

Need to be punctual, tidy and very organized

Strong computer proficiency

Reliable transportation

Capable of working well with others

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 3pm

$200 sign on bonus after 90 days

401K after 1 year

Holiday and Vacation pay after 1 year
