Responsibilities:

Process phone and internet sales

Create and send invoices based on sales orders

Create shipping documents and schedule freight companies

Provide customers with assistance in ordering, shipping, and troubleshooting products

Filing and other office related duties as assigned

Requirements

2 years of clerical, administrative or customer service experience

High School diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)

Experience using business management software such as Sage or QuickBooks

Basic skills in Microsoft Word

Proficient customer relations and telephone skills

Spanish Speaking is a Plus
