Profile: Dependable and flexible representatives will use strong attention to detail and communication skills to research information, process requests, and make sure every customer issue is successfully resolved in a timely manner. Assist clients with any issues involving their computer hardware, communications software, or computer applications. Duties include responding to customers, determining the cause of computing issues, and fixing technical problems

Requirements: Must have an IT background with entry level certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
