On-Staff Handyman and Shipping Assistant - Full Health Benefits

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as an On-Staff Handyman and Shipping Assistant. This is a unique, hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a growing, team-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform general handyman duties and building improvement/renovation projects.

-Carry out routine building maintenance and upkeep

-Assist with crate building and woodworking tasks as needed

-Cross-train in product assembly and shipping operations to provide support when needed

-Work collaboratively with other team members and departments

What We're Looking For:

-Someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes initiative

-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

-Experience in handyman work or woodworking is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude

-Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

-Willingness to learn and assist across multiple departments
