On-Staff Handyman and Shipping Assistant - Full Health Benefits

We are seeking an assembly assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in wiring and will understand electrical schematics. However, we will train the right candidate with a great attitude and high scores on the in person paid interview.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assemble mechanical components of light fixtures.

-Wire light fixtures

-Troubleshoot light fixtures with problems.

-Use hand tools such as screw drivers, wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, etc

-Lift fixtures weighing upwards of 50 lbs around the assembly area.

-Perform occasional machining as needed (will be trained for this)

-Read and understand wiring schematics of new designs.

-Cross-train in logistics and shipping operations to provide support when needed

-Work collaboratively with other team members and departments

What We're Looking For:

-Wiring experience.

-Someone who can read schematics is ideal.

-Someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes initiative

-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
