Our business helps support their way of life and contributes to the survival of a culture that has thrived in a challenging environment.Job Summary:Lockwood Hills Federal is seeking a Program Analyst to support the daily operations of the ADL Initiative program. The Program Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication between ADL Initiative Leadership, team and DoD entities as it pertains to various tasks. To be successful as a Program Analyst you should be able to oversee, support and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, you should be highly organized and thrive under pressure.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with DoD entities and respective teams to request information, respond to general inquires and facilitate meetings/events. Perform clerical, administrative, and operational support functions/tasks.

Act as department liaison to internal and external staff including HR, Security, Marketing, IT Help Desk, Vendors, and Government Customer.

Coordinate tasks and communications activities in collaboration with program management and government leadership.

Support coordination of virtual and in-person meeting and events including scheduling and logistics, updating presentations, and compiling meeting minutes and generating status/action reports.

Supporting the Program Manager, Deputy PM, and Operations Principal in all aspects of the program including day-to-day tasks, cost schedules, documentation preparation, customer interaction and administration.

Support forecasting, tracking and review project expenses to include ODCs and Travel.

Experience supporting the development of staff packages (onboarding training) and responses to RFIs.

Develop, document, and implement operational policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain project and business reporting for customer deliverables and internal requirements.

Maintaining and organizing contractual, financial, employee, and customer records.

Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.

Oversee the organization spending to ensure that funds are allocated appropriately and used according to plan.

Analyze data and recommend funding for various programs.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Minimum four (4) years of administrative experience with great attention to detail in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Positive, collaborative, organized and dedicated team player who provides administration subject matter expertise and guidance to successfully complete complex tasks.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to create and proof documentation that will be provided to internal and external strategic leadership.

Highly enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, creative and passionate about supporting education and training capability for the warfighter.

U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Microsoft Planner, etc.).

Desired Qualifications:Financial/contracts experience desired.

Familiarity with Government and industry customers, working groups, and communities of practice.

Familiarity with DoD contracts and financial matters.

Familiarity working in a dynamic team with top-level executives to devise strategies and policies to meet company goals.

Familiarity with Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)
