Job Description:

  • Responsible for reporting, data analysis and root cause analysis for the Wholesale Flood Operations Servicing Team. Assist leadership with coaching and training required to ensure associates act within compliance with regulatory flood insurance requirements, such as Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA) regulations. Responsible for validating insurance documentation and coverage calculation methodology. Acts to resolve exceptions related to regulatory flood insurance requirements.

    Required Skills:
  • 3+ years strong project management experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint / presentation skills including being able to quickly develop impactful presentations with high-level direction
  • Experienced in collecting, organizing, and evaluating business data.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Ability to report research results in a comprehensive, concise manner and to develop and present precise and clear metrics.
  • Skilled in coordinating and multi-tasking for various projects.
  • Must have the ability to think independently, analyze situations and offer solutions.
  • Must exhibit strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Advanced Visio skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skillsincluding Excel and Visio.
  • Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Must be task and time focused.
  • Must work with purpose and speed.
  • Must be adaptable.
