Position Summary
This Other Personal Services (OPS) position provides administrative and programmatic support to facilitate the operations related to client services.
The Work You Will Do
Prepares, mails, and tracks notices to and from clients related to programs and services, including the managed care pilot program, home and community-based waivers, pre-enrollment, employment, and other programs.
Enters and maintains data in agency business systems related to client programs and services following established rules, statutes, and procedures. Provides technical assistance to region staff and consumers. Performs quality assurance checks on program enrollment requests and other program data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Performs administrative and clerical duties related to programs and services for agency clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least two years of professional and verifiable experience with administrative tasks or providing support in an office environment.
A college degree may substitute the required years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, & SharePoint).

As a condition of employment, a person appointed to a position in the State Personnel System is required to participate in the Direct Deposit Program. Rather than receiving a paper paycheck, your funds will be deposited directly into your account at your financial institution. This will be accomplished by Electronic Funds Transfer. Banks, savings and loan associations, and credit unions are eligible to accept such deposits. Retirement funds are also required to be in the Direct Deposit Program.
Background Screening Requirement
