Dusts and cleans fixtures, walls, windows, doors, refills towel and soap dispensers, moves furniture and equipment as required, and sets up conference rooms for various groups using the facility. Disinfects, sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors, woodwork, and furniture. Vacuums carpets, cleans, and restocks restrooms, employee breakrooms, and empties wastebaskets daily. Cleans offices, where care must be taken that papers and materials are not destroyed. Empties exterior trashcans and picks up grounds as needed. Cleans windows and door glass as assigned. Reports repairs as needed. Maintains inventory of supplies and informs supervisor when orders need to be placed. Follows all safety rules outlined in the Department’s Health, Safety and Security Manuel and BADDL Quality Assurance SOPs to maintain a safe work area. Performs miscellaneous administrative related tasks as directed by supervisor. Perform related duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds

Ability to endure prolonged periods of time walking, standing, bending in all adverse weather conditions.

Working knowledge and understanding of safety procedures and regulations
