Key responsibilities: Responsible for Process design, system configuration, testing, development specification and end user training for Oracle eBS R12 SCM Applications, ASCP, and Order Management modules. Production support (Technical and Functional) of Oracle R12 Supply Chain/ASCP and Order Management modules. Provides technical support to root cause and resolve supply chain management issues. Monitors the request sets to manage the monthly S&OP cadence. Takes corrective actions when request sets fail. Measures the performance of request set steps and recommends actions to improve them. Supports the development activities for improvement initiatives. Participates in validation activities. Maintains documentation related to supply chain management systems. Examples include BR100, monthly cadence document and functional design documents for custom solutions. Provide analysis, problem resolution and improvement plans for Supply Chain Planning systems. Conduct gap-analysis and work with business leaders to enhance SCM, ASCP, Order Management(OM) modules. Support the implementation of solutions through a formal process including requirements gathering and definition, gap analysis, design, development, configuration, project planning, testing and deployment. Provides techno-functional expertise in supply chain management, order management and execution applications. Develop and sustain relationships with external business partners in supporting SCM stack of applications. Develop and coach an effective user and super-user community. Experience/Skills: Bachelors in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Computer Science. Master"s degree preferred. At least 5 years of direct experience with Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain and Order Management modules and strong functional knowledge in Oracle EBS SCM/ASCP Planning products.5 or more years of experience with business process re-engineering in the area of Supply Chain and demand planning.Candidate should have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience with hands-on configuration, implementation and support using Oracle EBS in a manufacturing environment. Strong functional knowledge in Oracle EBS modules like Manufacturing, SCM, Value Chain Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Cost Management, Process Manufacturing, WIP, BOM, and ASCP. Knowledge and experience in supply chain execution processes such as manufacturing and order management. Experience in supporting supply chain management and execution processes in manufacturing environment. Ability to interact with cross functions from planning, commercial and IT. Knowledgeable in supply chain methodologies, related KPIs and reporting. Adept knowledge of the underlying Oracle schema, integration points, data conversion and technology processes.Must have strong understanding of Oracle R12 - Inventory, OPM, BOM, WIP, Order Management etc. Must understand the data flow and table structures in Planning Modules Must have at least 5 years of industry experience in Oracle/ Planning implementations Excellent communication skills, customer service skills and ability to communicate with Business leaders, technical team and external vendors. Must be self-organized, and be able to define tasks, establish priorities, and implement according to plan. Must possess the expertise to troubleshoot and analyze issues that arise in the application Superior process documentation and training skills. Exposure and knowledge in project management methodologies. Experience in managing supply chain management applications. Ability to work in a matrix management environment with various objectives and priorities.
