RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle Cloud Negotiations Consultant in Boca Raton, FL.
Summary:This consultant will lead several Procurement Champions (3) in creation and modification of templates as well as how to use them for RFx and eAuction events (including the use of internal cost factors). In addition to developing and use of the templates, the consultant will also document the processes specific to Direct and Indirect in a training guide for Procurement teams. The consultant will also ensure champions are well versed on the module and that the entire Procurement team is trained. The consultant will work with Procurement leadership, champions, and other team members to define the -success- criteria to be used at the end of the pilot period.REQUIREMENTS: Certified in Oracle Cloud Negotiation (Sourcing) application preferred, creating templates for RFx & reverse auctions (including use of internal cost factors) 4-10 years of in-depth experience with Negotiation and Procurement applications including practical procurement sourcing use of Oracle Cloud Negotiation (Sourcing) module Strong track record of delivering to client expectations (training, documentation, and project scope), process improvement/streamlined processes Superior written and verbal communications, interpersonal and presentation skills with strong influencing and persuasive abilities Strong project management skills Teamwork and collaboration with client sourcing teamKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
