Oracle EBS DeveloperDirect Client-Immediate Need

Hi We have a direct client requirement for Oracle EBS Developer @ Miami FL.

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Individual must be able to design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement around Oracle Application. Code and Unit test independently or as a part of a team.
• Enhance performance in the Oracle Application environment. Tuning code, reviewing table, and applying indexes where needed.
• The individual must have strong working knowledge in the Oracle modules (ONT, AR, AP, PO, INV, GL etc.) to clearly understand the source, requirement and execute the deliverable. Follow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standards.
• Strong understanding of the lifecycle of technical development from technical design, unit testing to user testing, to production migration using Agile Methodologies.
• Commitment to understanding the business domain. Commitment to incorporating quality software practices into all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills. Team player with very good communication skills.

• Manages and supports the development and implementation of packaged and custom software applications as well as Oracle Application
• Responsible for the driving of design, development, and maintenance of internal systems and Oracle applications
• Collaborates with functional users and analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions.
• Designs and develops technical solutions to a predefined requirement and develops components including extensions, views, customizations, modifications, reports, workflow, etc.
• Monitors adherence to standards and controls, and conducts quality assurance over programs before migration to production
• Reviews code of other team members and provides technical feedback and/or other mentoring duties using Agile Methodologies.
• As the subject matter expert, provides guidance as needed to the PL/SQL Development Team and ensures that system designs meet standards
• Provides realistic cost, effort and duration estimates for software development activities
• End-to-end ownership of discrete development activities (schedule, functionality, quality, technical realization)
• Provides team leadership towards the completion of development activities on-schedule within budget and per quality expectations
• Liaise with the Demand Management function of the department to provide project estimates, scheduling, and completion updates to the customers
• Ensures that production problems are resolved quickly with continued accurate system operations in production support response and resolution.
• Excellent technical skills with PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, XML Publisher, and Reports 6i
• Experience in Embedded Workflows and Events of Oracle Applications
• Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle Open Interfaces and Oracle API’s
• In-depth knowledge of applications code registration procedures
• Good working knowledge in shell scripting and SQL Loader
